James is a founding partner and the Managing Broker of Red Realty Murfreesboro. He is licensed in TN and Florida. He and his wife, Tracy, have 7 children between them. He was raised in Smyrna TN and now lives in Murfreesboro. James is a Christian, and a professional bodybuilder with the IFBB. James attended Smyrna High and Middle TN State University (MTSU). James’s forte is in commercial real estate. He earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2017. James started in real estate in 1991 and has a diverse background including:
- Commercial leasing, sales, and management
- Land development for subdivisions and acreage tracts
- Residential leasing, sales, and property management
- Residential construction and commercial buildouts
James’s hobbies include weightlifting, woodworking, golf and fly fishing.
